Mrs. Treena Foster, Principal
Mrs. Foster is currently serving as the Principal of Marcy Elementary. She has been in education for 38 years. Mrs. Foster hopes to make connections every day with students, faculty, and the community! Mrs. Foster received her Bachelor of Arts from Texas A&M College Station (1983), Teacher’s certification from Stephen F. Austin State University (1984), and her Master of Education and Mid-Management from Texas A&M Texarkana (2001). Mrs. Foster is married to Scottie Foster, who works in Oil and Gas. They have twin daughters, Keeleigh and Karleigh Foster, who are the love of their lives. They also have a beloved Pomeranian named Butterball; he is 14 years old. In her spare time, Mrs. Foster loves to cook, go “GLAMPING” and spend time with her family. Mrs. Foster has been proud to be a member of the Steer Family since 2020.

Mrs. Jessica Enriquez, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Jessica Enriquez is serving students as Assistant Principal at Marcy Elementary. She was born and raised in West Texas and has been with Big Spring ISD since 2018. Jessica started her administrative career with Big Spring ISD in 2022. She attended Howard College, achieving her associate degree. She then attended the University of Texas Tech where she received her bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Child and Human Development & Family Studies. Mrs. Enriquez believes all students have a right to learn at high levels and it is our job to help students reach their highest potential. Jessica is blessed to be married to her best friend, Juan Enriquez, and they have one amazing daughter, Kennedy.

Mrs. Barbra Roberson, Assistant Principal
Barbra brings over 22 years of experience to BSISD and has been with the district since 2020. She earned a Bachelor of Science from Sul Ross State University in 2000. She began her career in education at Pflugerville ISD and was with the district for 20 years. She has held the following positions: teacher, inclusion teacher, coach, head coach, athletic coordinator, 504 coordinator, and counselor. She received her Masters of Education in Guidance and Counseling from Angelo State University in 2018. This is her first year at Moss Elementary.
